Friends and family love the cards.

Creating cards was a blast and very easy. The results were great and people loved receiving them. Love the fact that you can create them and send immediately or at a later date. Can't wait for an occasion to make more!

Great birthday card alternative instead of snail mail.

Everyone kept wanting to see the phone and look at all the different options I wish there were more but I Imagine they change occasionally

Made several videos... wish there were more active choices, more than 'Celebrate' and 'Tequila'... they are fun but need more choices.

Video didn't go to my sons Facebook. So they didn't see them till next day. Was it something I didn't do right?

Bought it for Father's Day and having been laughing ever since. So much to choose from. Love sending these for all occasions to brighten the day of friends and family. If you calculate the cost out, we are paying pennies per laughs :)

Hard to exit picture to fit area... took sever tries, but did it.

Pleasant experience. Needs better selection in the feeling down selection. I would not send any of them to a friend who was down or depressed. They didn't make me feel better.

Cards are so expensive and they are just thrown out! I loved personalizing these jibjabs and make my family and friends smile!

You charge me $ 18.00. I never received the video for my husband. Very upset. I sent an email. Nobody ever called me back. I need a refund please.

I had to create my Father's Day jibjab from start to finish twice before It successfully posted on Facebook. I did nothing different the 2nd time. Confusing.

Forgot i had an acc which i dont use an was billed so asked for refund and was emailed back within 24 hours

The old method of outlining faces and hair made a much better/funnier finished product than the current oval cut-out of a face.

The card was awesome. Our son loved it! Thank you!

Helpdesk and support very good and speedy response

I signed up using Facebook and the video I created didn't up load. I had to go back to the app and create one a different way and the one I originally want was available to choose. The cost wasn't clears either.

I think I had more fun with this than my recipients. I was hoping it would put a real smile on their faces to receive a unique, humorous birthday card. Instead the response was luke warm.
