Really easy to use, and people love it when you send them a JibJab starring them! Easy to use, and a lot of fun.

I really like this site. The only thing that I don't care for is it gives a monthly price but charged me the whole year up front.

I called in to cancel my automatic renewal after receiving a billing on my pay-pal account. The matter was handled courteously and promptly by Jib-Jab Support and they refunded the charge immediately. Thank You!

The first time I made a video with JibJab somebody else's face was on it. Awkward to say the least. I retried to do it and it came out fine.
I was charge $18 on my credit card. I am still trying to figure out why.
Definitely not worth it.

The customer service representative who assisted me was prompt and polite in refunding me the auto-renewal fee of which I had been previously unaware. JibJab ROCKS! Thanks for being so awesome!

It was not clear the card was not a moving/animated card, I had to set the mouth to move, but when I uploaded it to facebook it was just a static picture with my husbands face on it!
I wasn't impressed.

I did the 30 day trial and don't think I'll be using ap much. Asked for refund and it was processed easily/quickly and communicated efficiently. Nice to see a company keep their promise.

It showed in large print that the cost was something like $2.50 per month, but I didn't see the small print that showed where I am charged for 12 months immediately. I would not have joined, and will not again.

No complaints, but there's always room for improvement.

My card did not make it to my father on father's day. I tried to talk him through it a day later, and it had not gone to his junkmail box. I double checked the address and it was correct. I am extremly disappointed. I had to send him the receipt for his card so he could view the link. I"m not even sure if that worked. I am considering asking for a full refund.

The technique is great. The content could be enhanced by including more themes & language appropriate for us in the older generation.

After slogging through unintuitive tools, the default face was sent with the card. Embarrassing to say the least.

You all didnt give me another option for how to pay for the ecard. I had to pay for $18 for the year, that's way too much. And I understand there's no refund but I was not happy with the payment options.

A little challenging in the beginning until I got some better understanding of how to use it. But pounce I got the hang of it, I had a lot of fun creating cards and musicals!

The personalized video which was supposed to have my face, didn't resemble my face at all. I have no idea where the face came from that was on the video but it sure wasn't mine, and it sure wasn't anything close to the template they have you create. Don't think I'll be using this again.

Took over £13 out of my account that I did not know about I contested this and have been ignored.
