Our animated birthday message to my mother made her day special!

I was particularly dismayed when I could not edit my text after previewing the Birthday card. Previously, I was able to preview and then edit the text. Also, I believe I used to get notification when the recipient read the card. Also, I wear bangs and my red hair showed. I could have taken a pic without bangs, but it seemed like too much trouble.

I am thinking of canceling my subscription.

Uncanny how the heads fit so well. I am enjoying casting all my friends and family in their debut music videos!

Needed to make a correction with the auto-renewal billing, and they were incredibly responsive as well as addressed my issue with concern and an offer to help. I will continue using JibJab, a very fun and entertaining internet card sender, to the delight of our family and friends!

I just sent my first Jib-Jab but I got to say it was not easy. If there were a step by step list it will help immensely in the process, but after weeks finally got it down that is till next time perhaps. Lol.
Its a lot of fun and the people you send it to laugh their heads off or so far mine did. Send them instead of regular emails cards. This will be my home base from now on when it comes to sending cards to them.

A reasonable price for some very "out-of-sight" greeting cards.
I can hardly wait until the next card goes out.

I've been receiving these cards from my brother and sister-in-law for a while now, so I thought of JibJab for my husband's birthday and my kids' anniversaries. Great cards to choose from, and the site is easy and intuitive to use--I made videos with family members that were hilarious. The subscription price is a great value for so much fun.

EVERYTIME I UPLOADED A NEW HEAD OR FACIT ERASED THE ONE I ALREADY. THE SITE WAS AWKWARD TO USE AS WELL. WHEN YOU HAVE CHOSEN A CARD THAT HAS 5 FACES, YOU SHOULD BE ABLE TO UPLOAD. I WENT AHEAD AND SENT A COUPLE OF DEFICIENT CARDS

Paid for susbcription but then the "put faces in the video birthday cards" repeatedly demands to install flash player (which was already installed with the latest version). Dysfunctional... disappointed...

So I pay a few to use your service, then I pay another fee too use your service.
