I always send my son a weird Birthday Card. This year it somehow slipped my mind. Probably because I'm getting older too! I tried the websites that will mail out cards and e cards... etc. I found nothing that would replace the always mailed card on time. I clicked on the JibJab site and saw the crazy videos and was so relieved. I did the M c Hammer video with him as the star and he absolutely loved it! Thank you so much. It was as good or better than the talking mailed card.
There were fun videos to choose from I wish there were more fun ones and less offensive ones. Sexy and drinking are not my cup of tea. It would be nice if all the faces in the videos could be set.
Love to make these ecards to send to friends and relative!

I forgot I had an account until I saw that I was billed for another year. One quick e-mail to customer service and problem was solved all within 30 min... wow... fantastic. Thanks.
Very good and well received. Used three dance sequences for a couple and one for a group of five
It was very good, everyone enjoyed their which turned out perfectly.
The five person happy card was funny. However I did not understand the limited main webpage instructions on how to make the card. It would have be simpler to put some simple language on the main website about it rather than on just a tutorial. After it was explained to me when I complained to customer service, I made a second card that was much better.
Of all the JibJabb there was only one item I enjoyed and had sent. I will cancel ny subscription today.

I was overcharged $1.99 and $18. According to your site it, the charges were supposed to be $1.99 for the download, and $1.50 for the account sign up. I was dupped! That is false advertising. Needless to say I will be telling everyone about this issue. Please have someone from your Customer Service department should call me at the number/email on file. If I do not receive a correction for these charges, I will contact the State of Michigan Attorney General's office. It may only be a difference of $16.50, but right is right.

I'd realised that I had forgotten an important birthday so my only option was to send an ecard to the recipient whilst on holiday. Glad to say everyone belly laughed so thank you for coming to my hour of need!
I don't know why I took a picture of myself for the card. The guy that is supposed to look like me signing doesn't look like me at all. Therefore the card is not funny and extremely boring and useless. I want my money back. The card sucks!

I have sent many interactive cards with Jib Jab and have always had a wonderful response. My friends and family kind of expect me to send them one on their birthdays. I do wish you would go back to the older face-capture. I think it made it look better and more proportionate. One more suggestion, please add more cards with varying genders. You need some new material. Thanks so much for coming up with this product. It's hilarious and so easy to use
