JibJab has garnered a positive reputation for its creative and entertaining video offerings, which customers appreciate for their ability to personalize messages for various occasions. The company's customer service stands out, with many reviews highlighting prompt and professional responses, particularly regarding subscription cancellations and refunds. However, some customers expressed frustration over technical issues and lack of communication regarding sent cards, indicating room for improvement in service consistency. Overall, while JibJab excels in customer support and product quality, addressing the occasional service hiccup could enhance the overall customer experience.

I miss the opportunity to shape the heads more to fit the "starring you videos". You still use the eye level and rotate image setting but there was no way to bring the edges of the face to the same shape as the facial images I used... but my friend still enjoyed his card. Thank you!
This is an easy, effective way to make very special animated e-cards that everyone will love.
Would like to see added some more songs suitable for the pre-teen as they get a real kick out of watching themselves onscreen.
This site is so much fun to use. Having pictures of celebrities helped me send birthday cards to my friend that she could really enjoy. Good work!
Easy to use and lots of selections. Do wish you could choose how many "actors" to include versus set number. Otherwise it is great
For the most part this is great fun. I'm finding, though, that faces can only be enlarged so much. Beyond the built in population problem, I think faces should be able to fill the space.
Very fun and easy to do! Every one needs a little humor these days!
I have enjoyed sending JibJab cards to family and friends and they enjoyed receiving them. Unique site!
Too much fun! You suddenly feel the need the create and share your creations to everyone you know.
I WANTED TO SEND A MESSAGE TO MY DAUGHTER ON HER BIRTHDAY, DESPITE BEING TOLD VIA MESSAGE TWICE THAT THE MESSAGE HAD BEEN DELIVERED AS OF THIS DATE SHE STILL HAS NOT RECEIVED THE MESSAGE. SHE CHECKED HER SPAM TO MAKE SURE IT WAS NOT THERE AND IT WASN'T.
I was really excited about finally getting JibJab. I heard about the program from my school teacher daughter, and so decided to give it a try using my Samsung Note 4. My family spent a great deal of time selecting photos and placing them where indicated. However, the photos never seemed to remain where I place them, continually moving about on the screen. I selected 5 pictures, but the program refuse to load them, always defaulting back to the first picture. Finally, after several hours, we threw up our hands in frustration and quit. Perhaps someone at JibJab HQ can help us understand how it is supposed to work, assuming it does?
Had a blast making these cards. Sometimes the videos would lock up at times but overall had so much fun.
Thanks, keep adding new ones, ones with dogs and cats, I am an animal activist and fight BSL as much as possible and adore my dogs so much would love to be able to make video cards for doggie friends.
Thanks

I was able to complete two cards successfully. And, although the recipient was thrilled with them, the process after that became difficult to send any more. Once I was able to cast my players, I could not get past that stage to complete and send the message. I put in a request for assistance and instead got an email giving me instructions on how to terminate the account. So, I did. I wanted to keep JibJab, but for the price, it was too much of a hassle to use. Also, the videos are rather outdated and need to more modern with better graphics. I can remember seeing some of these the first time I viewed JibJab and that was a while ago..
My grandkids and I really enjoyed creating cards using the music videos. However, I would like to see more current videos geared towards today's popular music particularly because of my grandkids tastes in music.
Having lots of fun with JibJab... keep up the good work!
Answer: Unfortunately, now you can only edit your heads immediately after you upload them, which makes it a waste of time to save them because each head you upload will only work correctly for the video you uploaded it for. I was told they removed the 'edit any time' function so people could use their app on androids which sounds pretty absurd to me. Oh well, this will be the last year I ever pay for it again if they don't correct this outrage.
Answer: We've removed the fine-tuned shaping feature for now to make our casting process easier for all; we also made adjustments so that users can easily cast their cards directly on mobile devices. This is part of our desire to make sure that anyone can learn to use and send our cards! Please feel free to reach out to [email protected] with any additional feedback and we'll pass it along.
Answer: No more than 30 min. Had to find and edit my pictures that I used.
