Very disappointed that I was forced to subscribe to a subscription with automatic payments jjust for 1 Jib Jab. I don't plan on usting this but maybe once or twice a year.

I used JibJab for a few years but recently decided to stop the auto renewal... I wrote a quick email to customer service and not only did they respond within a business day, they refunded my auto-payment! Honorable company to deal with... I'm not gone forever...

Even after I pay $18 up front? Your email did not get thru the sister's SPAM filter so I had to download the movies and figure out how to get the movies to my sister so she could watch them. She is not a computer person so there was a lot of going back and forth.

The movies themselves were well-received, but I don't see enough templates that I would use with my family.

Wondering if I should use this service or not.

I followed a link that said I could join for £2.95... My papal account has been charged over £14!

I could not share this to a facebook page of a friend?

I called JibJab with a payment issue and it was promptly and politely resolved. Excellent experience.

I had a great time creating a birthday greeting for my boss.

I've been a member for a few years.

I changed my e-mail address and my CC information expired and alas, a burp in service. (No one's fault.)

I met the two founders of the company in 2006 at Cannan Partners in Palo Alto, CA.

Excellent in almost every way. Except I wish you would return the face-shaping option. Without it, I have to choose between having the chin truncated or leaving black background on the sides of the cheeks.

Also, for those of us with so many heads, it would be nice to be able to name them for easy searching.

I enjoyed creating this card! The reason it's 4 stars and not 5 is because when I tried to create the card on my phone it wasn't adding the faces I wanted. I ended up having to get on my PC to complete and send the card. Other than that it was great and the recipient loved it!

Although I find the choices humorous and tastefull they seem limited for sending to females. Also there is little to choose from for people over 50 years old.

I love the JibJbab videos. The only thing I would like improved is the ability to manipulate your images AFTER you have viewed them in the video. (i. E., size, mouth animation). Still, I do love the JibJabs and just keep recreating them, they literally bring JOY to me and my family. Thank you for this fun venue!

Like it so far. No instructions so having difficulty working it and using it for its full potential.

I sent this to my granddaughter for her birthday.
She thought it was very funny. The rest of the family did too.

This site charged me a whole year and not the advertised monthly special and double charged my cc for the same video download.

Horrible, wish I could get my money back.
