What a great time we had. I invited my friends and relatives from all over the country to join me on a specific day at a specific time to celebrate my birthday.
Then I posted a couple of JibJabs of me dancing at the time of the party. It lasted an hour and a half. Then I posted a piece of chocolate cake with ice cream and sent it to all.
The gang joined in... and sent me messages, videos, greetings, and one even baked a cake. We ate and drank and danced... a la JibJab.

Takes a long time to do each pic. I tried to rearrange the players and never got it right. Several attempts made as well. Every time I try to do one of these I get frustrated and quit. Done w JibJab.

Only suggestion I would make is to make the number of faces optional. I had to add grandpa's face to the party even though he wasn't there. I'm sure that would complicate things on your site to have optional numbers of faces but it would be great.
Had a problem with payment records. Theirs didn't coincide with mine. Took several days, required several emails and then Surprise! A direct phone call to me. They accepted my records over their own and extended my membership well beyond what I believed I was entitled to receive "because of my inconvenience". Their Customer Care staff really showed they "Care" about their "clients". THANK YOU JIB-JAB FOLKS!

Looking for a card for my son and found the poo prefect card for his interests.
It was very easy creating a Jabber. Fortunately, I had a good picture to use. We have received several greetings in the past few years and always play them over and over. They are funny and unique.
I bough tit through amazon and it took a year subscription when i only wanted to buy one card and now i cant find payment in amazon to switch of direct debit and complain that it took that amount
We have been promoting our 45th Class Reunion by using an assortment of videos. However, when we did the Jib Jab, we had the greatest number of responses. Easy, Fun, and Reasonable.
I've been a loyal JibJab subscriber for a large number of years and enjoy the site. I only wish that the creative wizards make more personalized JibJabs available which can be for 1 to 5 people. Most are for a large number of people and if you only want to use only a few people, you either don't select that card or use the same person over and over again. I also liked the old option where you could select points on the face to make better facial definition. I know you went to the user-friendly approach but I was told (several years ago( that you would again make that option available.
Passed along a JibJab Happiness song to a group of friends who all loved it. Will have to check other music video cards because they seem to like thought the most.

Wanted to share on card on a friend's timeline on Facebook but it didn't seem doable which was disappointing
There was a bug consisting of a strange looking man at the beginning of the video that we had to accept. No option was provided for a re-do without the man when the bug was fixed and the strange man removed from the video.
