I have received JibJab cards and liked them so I decided to try it. Before any notice of membership or card cost, I was billed $18. After my initial shock, I realized that must have been a yearly membership so I inquired. Not satisfied with the way this developed.

Everything was great except they rip you off. I paid the $2.00 but had my account billed for an extra $19. Not sure why... The Web site never mentioned any other fee.

Great experience using JibJab. My stepdaughter and I made the card together and the recipient loved it and forwarded it to several people. We used the "I'm too Sexy" card song track as he turned 60. Hilarious.

I had a problem with my subscription and contacted the customer service who reacted very quickly and profesionaly.

Once I figured out how to do it, I love how easy it is!

I created a birthday card and was able to upload pictures to superimpose in your cards, however I had some difficulty fitting it properly. I also didn't like that there was no place for me to write my own message.

It is so much fun to make these funny video cards. There hasn't been one person who hasn't enjoyed receiving one and laughed out loud at the dancing heads.

I was a member and then didn't renew but this year someone asked me for a jib jab for a 11 year Olds bday and unfortunately I had to do the same one as 2 years ago because the new ones aren't appropriate. But the few new ones the last couple years were good

I made the video to post to my brothers Facebook but was unable due to error message. Very disappointed with the experience.

I would love to give JibJab team 5 stars if only the e-cards were exact and thematic. I mean if I wish to make a Happy Birthday video I'd love to hear the music related to this occasion, not only the HB inscription at the end of the video. For example, I don't think the song "I feel good" and the related video you offer are the best idea to make a Happy Birthday e-card... Sorry, I just don't agree.

Very funny choices and very easy to preview and select. Love that I could schedule the exact day to send.

I learned about JibJab when somebody sent me one and it was so utterly hilarious I was just rolling with laughter. What could I do but join so I could share the joy? It's easy to use and well worth the money. Love making people laugh.

Just wish the membership fee included the downloads
Its annoying to have to keep paying more each time when you have already paid a significant amount
Its also annoying technically to have to repay each time you download - the download package should be included in the membeship fee
I would rather pay more for membership than have to pay each time for a download
