Nice customizable e-cards, but NO information on cost or anything until you've built a card then entered personal info to sign up. After spending lots of time prepping you only then find out their (outrageous, I feel) pricing. This information should be easily accessible from the start. Despite having prepped one of their cards, I opted not to sign up due to this terrible policy and instead paid for a one-time use card from another site. I don't appreciate these types of underhanded tactics.
JibJab is easy to use and features great greeting "cards". My only suggestion is that they need to churn out new cards a little more often.
Your online introductory offer says $1.50 for 30 days but my account was charged $18. Your digital upload was confusing and hard to follow so that was another waste of money that I didn't get to use!

It was fun watching/hearing of how much everyone see my husband dancing to the Happy Birthday song. We made it for our nephew who is on National Guard duty overseas, and he enjoyed this video a lot!
I received a Jib Jab card from a friend and died laughing so had to find out how to make my own cards. It's super easy to do and people get a real kick out of the cards.
The card I made I scheduled to be sent two days later. It was never sent when the date came. I remade the card and resend it. It did not send. I had to make it a third time and resend it. It's finally sent. But not to the second email address that I had on all of the previous cards. I had to monitor this function for four days constantly to make sure it finally was sent. Not a good system!
It's great to be able to create one's own card starring oneself!

I bought an ecard for my godson. It never arrived but I got a bill for $18! Which was never highlighted at any point. The most dreadful aspect was the fact that I got a notification from PayPal to say that this was a recurring annual payment. Disgusting hidden clauses. I would never use this company again. It took forever to cancel the recurring payment & my poor godson never received his card. Companies like this should be removed or banned.
I signed up getting the monthly rate of $2.99. Imagine my surprise when I was switched to the yearly rate afterwards. I will not be keeping JibJab and will caution everyone else about the charging/switching practices used. I am VERY disappointed in JibJab! This is what I got from PayPal: "Just wanted to let you know your PayPal automatic payment to JibJab Media Inc. changed."
My friend didn't receive her email birthday card until I called JibJab. By the time I found out she didn't receive it her and I called JibJab it was the evening. Her birthday was 1/2 over!
When I became a member I expected better service. I will be cancelling my membership immediately
