I did not auto-renew my subscription, yet I was charged $18.00 to continue anyway. Customer support took care of this and issued an immediate refund.

The card as easy to create and the interface for uploading photos was seamless.

Sent an old friend the JibJab video with the stripper celebrating the birthday boy. My version had one scary twist... my face on the stripper. You made him laugh. (Me too.)

Paid my money but very confusing as how to use it... especially where u insert people's faces. How about a nice 1, 2, 3 tutorial?

Fun cards, everyone loves them. Site easy to use even for technology challenged people like me.

I've just done my first JibJab card. It is fun to put the faces on and see the final result. Really enjoyed it.

Not many new music videos to make since 2 years ago. Wont sign up again unless more variety happens.

I've tried the site before but never paid for anything. On my son's birthday I made a funny birthday card and when my family watched it everyone was rofl. Thanks to everyone who works hard maintaining jibjab. Keep up the good work

I was very happy with the experience of making the card, I just wish I could have saved it without having to pay $1.99 for that service. I didn't get a chance to show my husband before I sent the card off.

So far, for $18 a year I have already both gotten and given hundreds of dollars worth of laughs, tears of joy and heartfelt love, and pure fun-filled entertainment! Being a JibJabber (a JibJab client) is a roller coaster of fun! I absolutely LOVE IT!

Tried multiple times to send on weekend and wouldn't go thru - then my 5 attempts came through 4 days later. Tracking system not reliable - had to ask people if they had received my invite.

Good variety of cards & up to date music.

Fun to sit with the kids and create cards. I just would like more casting cards to choose from.

When creating the card, it was awkward to go back to correct something because I often ended right back at the very beginning.

Easy to use easy to send easily the best ecard site out there I was highly sceptical about the joining and fee but I won't be sending another boring birthday card again A1

Everything was great with jib jab however when I requested next day delivery they never shared the time it would be. I told the recipient he would get something from me the next day but it came late and I thought it wasn't coming. Having a time of delivery or the ability for the customer to chose the time would be a vast improvement.

Thanks for giving me the HD version of the video. The presentation will look great. =)

As an established user, I chose from an increasingly good birthday collection, imported and adjusted an image, added my message, and queued the message. Very easy and well received!

No instructions given on how to personalize the cards, ie, use the personalized photo ones, or even how to add a personal note. Would get my money back if I could.
