Created a Birthday card and the recipient couldn't open it. It listed a failure to open. I had to resend it from my mailbox for them to open it

It was frustrating at first try because it was difficult to get the mouth in the right place. After doing it several times, finally got it to work. I am glad you put the trial mouth there. It helped.

Trying to send another e card. I can't log in coz I'm apparently already logged in although I can't use the site coz I need to log in. And so it goes round in circles.

I sent a jib jab card with the faces of my relatives dancing. They got a huge laugh out of it and I thought I was a tech wizard! Which I am not. Thanks for making it so easy for me to look smart!

Took a couple of tries to get the mouth right. It was downright relaxing silly fun after a frustrating day!

I am really happy with the service and product but I find it a little galling that I can't just pay for a year without being forced into an auto-renewal.

I somehow missed the part where I would be charged upfront for the year. It needs to be more obvious that you do that. I was not prepared to spend that much money.

I selected a dance jib jab, it was priced a couple of dollars, l went to PayPal to agree to pay, only to find out soon after that l had elected to take up a far more expensive yearly membership that auto renews, cancelled that arrangement after some time trying to navigate around PayPal. You need to be clearer about the fact that a single purchase leads to a full membership that is not needed in my case.

I had lots of fun, as usual, making cards for my kids and friends quality and fun keep getting better! -------- but I was so surprised in the short time I've been gone how many not-family-friendly options you have added. This is a favorite pastime for my 5 year old granddaughter and me --- it would nice if those were locked up or something.

It took three tries for me to upload the birthday card, which I could then try out successfully, however it was a black screen with music for the birthday recipient. Please remove me from this account.

We had a billing issue resolved so quickly through the chat service. Immediate response and action. JibJab is a great website backed by great people. Thank you!
