I have to hand it to Jib Jab. I tried their service. It wasn't a good fit for what I was trying to accomplish. I asked for a refund and POOF... it was done. High marks for great customer service!

This is a fantastic site, plenty of fun to send to our friends or family, they all really love it. Just missing the Saints celebration apart St Patrick.

I really liked the old way or being able to adjust the face while they where on the face. Now you have to redo the picture over and over to make it fit right.

Very Happy I had a auto renewal charge on my credit card, I did not know there was one on my account and did not want to renew.
So I e-mailed to let them know I don't want to renew, It said someone will be in contact with me in 3 to 5 business days, GUESS WHAT 15min later the problem was resolved. EXCELLENT SERVICE

My kids have loved making and watching the videos. Many are not kid friendly, though. We've probably made all the ones we can. I've had trouble adding heads on my phone. I'm not sure if it's worth it for me for the value of a year round membership.

Till I got the gist of the functions I got stuck a few times but then so much fun to celebrate occasions differently than everybody else! Good experience in a lot of ways like casting your own show.

Great for a first time. However, it would be great if you would notify the sender that their card has been opened.

Love the reaction of the people. Gives people something to laugh at.

Simple to use but results are impressive and hilarious!

Since the last time that I used JibJab in Firefox, this turned out to be a much better experience. The only thing that didn't work for me was in sharing it to Facebook. I tried twice and couldn't get it to enter the final card.

I spoke with Heather at JibJab who answered my live chat immediately. She was polite, patient and very professional. She took the time to help figure out that my account was under an old email that I had not used for some time. It's almost rare nowadays for someone to take the extra time to solve a problem rather than to just tell people no. Her efforts were greatly appreciated

Fairly easy to use. Variety of choice is a bit limited for some personalities, especially mature seniors. Not sure how much use I will get out of my membership.

Having a bit of trouble lining the mouth up on videos

I have really enjoyed using the jibjab site for several years and had good fun with it. The customer service is instant and excellent.

It was fun and easy to download pic in singing email for a friend having a bad day

Spent all this time creating card and when got to end "site was down!" annoying... then had to make TWO calls to get my money back! If you can't function, don't be in business!

It worked out fine in the end. But the face in the photo would not load after 3 attempts. Also, the update for the Adobe Flash player kept trying to reinstall. A note to customer service and it was fixed in less than 2 minutes.

I was thrilled and the recipient loved the birthday card.
