I thought I was buying a single card only to discover I had an account that could be renewed annually without my approval. Nither the annual fee or its automatic renewal was stated before I placed my order. Your cards are fun, but I will never risk using your site again.
I put pictures of my daughter and her family into Pharrel's Happy for my granddaughter's birthday. The message from my daughter was "We're dying over here." My 4 year old granddaughter apparently watched it 20 times.
Created two fun videos for a work away day and it was all very easy and caused a lot of laughter!
Är road av att göra dessa hälsningar och min släkt och vänner är glada mottagare av dessa
Compared to other sites, we found this one straightforward, good value (no trial period - pay up front and get what you pay for) and it offers a fabulous selection of amusing ecards. We think ecards are the way to go - better for the environment and what better way to bring a little bit of laughter to family, friends & colleagues.
Saw the $1.50 sale they were having for a month. Was only planning on paying one month since I was using my debit card. Little to know they straight up took $18 for a whole year even though I planned for one month. Now cause of them I owe my bank $25. Don't recommend.
After setting up an account with JibJab and paying with my credit card, I changed my mind and wanted to cancel. Within 24 hours of putting in my cancel request, I received an email acknowledging my cancellation and giving a full refund. "Worry-free" transacting... couldn't ask for anything more from a company!
Multiple xs i email they respond ASAP with a apology n a suggestion to the problem went back n forth they took off a old account i had under same Gmail recently paid for subscription n until they removed it i was always taken to the old 1 no matter wat still couldn't get in after i thought for sure that would work well nope contacted them again and again response was asap didn't take long and after all failed attempts they fixed the problem for me was a one of a kind problem those were you say... is this really happening to me they came through for me in a impressive time frame
Problems Casting adding heads etc. Suggested changing browser, all sorted thanks
It appears that most cards require photos for faces. I'm 84 and don't know how to do this and am not interested in learning.
Would like to unsuscribe, but can't find a means to do so.
Clever. Fun. Creative. JibJab cards carry your message and laughter.
I seem to always find what I'm looking for in an ecard on your site, but sometimes I have to go to 123 Greetings for cards that are more suited to older folks.
I was a little frustrated that I had to register for an account to finish my video at first, but the support team handled my complaint literally within minutes. Very impressed with that.
I was looking for something unique in an ecard when I discovered JibJab. What a terrific, funny way to send a card! I sent a birthday card to my stepmother and she and my father loved it! They said they got a really good laugh out of it. Mission accomplished! Thanks, JibJab!
Took awhile to get the head ratios just right, and the mouth was even harder, but with persistence, my videos turned out great! Everyone wanted to know how I did it, so I told them they had to join JibJab to find out. Who knows? Maybe they will.
Very easy to use but not sure if Bill got the card? How do I know if he received it?
Answer: Unfortunately, now you can only edit your heads immediately after you upload them, which makes it a waste of time to save them because each head you upload will only work correctly for the video you uploaded it for. I was told they removed the 'edit any time' function so people could use their app on androids which sounds pretty absurd to me. Oh well, this will be the last year I ever pay for it again if they don't correct this outrage.
Answer: We've removed the fine-tuned shaping feature for now to make our casting process easier for all; we also made adjustments so that users can easily cast their cards directly on mobile devices. This is part of our desire to make sure that anyone can learn to use and send our cards! Please feel free to reach out to [email protected] with any additional feedback and we'll pass it along.
Answer: No more than 30 min. Had to find and edit my pictures that I used.
