JibJab's automatic renewal was not what I was interested in. I let JibJab know and they immediately reversed the renewal and refunded my subscription cost. This was a great resppnse and I would not hesitate to use JibJab in the future.
I was pleased with the made to order card when completed. However, when it posted to Facebook, it was a closed envelope not even showing the recipient name, but advertising your company, I had to repost adding the caption HAPPY BIRTHDAY SARAH which was already inside the card, she would have had no reason to open the card as it was sent, also ther was no option for posting the card to her timeline.
The software is very easy to use and the range of videos you can personalise is great, so very happy there. However in order to send it you have to sign up to a full year of JibJab, which comes in at $18. If you want to download the video - which, let's face it, causes them no extra hassle/bandwidth/cost etc, is another $1.99.
I gather it's more flexible if you use the phone app, but on a Mac the website verges on rip-off.
Scheduled the e-cards to be emailed 5 September 2016, still not been sent to the recipient and the email address is correct too

My issue is with sending the cards... no one dares to open them up so they go unseen.
I will cancel due to this reason.

All I wanted was to use the service once not subscribe to the site for 18 USD, I found the website very misleading as I thought I was paying for one card not an annual fee. Never to use again, maybe make your website a bit clearer

I had a billing question that was resolved by an actual human being named Jeremiah. In less than one minute my issue was taken care of quickly.
Lots of options you offer but wish your staff would also develop some more serious and genuinely softer approach to birthdays, anniversaries and special occasions. Some of your audience may be somewhat older crowd and for that segment your inventory gets a bit 'thinner'.
This is one good way to make somebody day... By a good laugh. This is a very good Idea... Right up my alley. You only go around one time in life. Laughing is one good way to do it.

It is fun and easy to find a great card and you can do this in the comfort of your own home. There is a lot of choice and something for everyone. So much easier than picking out a card in the store and then putting it in the snailmail!

Charged for the entire year instead of by the month. Was not aware of this. I would like a refund!

Answer: Unfortunately, now you can only edit your heads immediately after you upload them, which makes it a waste of time to save them because each head you upload will only work correctly for the video you uploaded it for. I was told they removed the 'edit any time' function so people could use their app on androids which sounds pretty absurd to me. Oh well, this will be the last year I ever pay for it again if they don't correct this outrage.
Answer: We've removed the fine-tuned shaping feature for now to make our casting process easier for all; we also made adjustments so that users can easily cast their cards directly on mobile devices.
