I love the videos and have had tons of fun making them, what I don't like is that when you make a video you have to pay for it to keep it. I already pay to use the site. I shouldn't have to pay more to download a video.
Charged me $18.00 without me knowing it. The last amount I observed was for a onetime ammout for one card for under $2. Fool me once, that's all you get. Luckily my trusty PayPal covered it, NOW there's an honest company!

I sent an email asking why all of the GIFs were the personalized ones rather than the ones they also used to include. I was very pleased with how quickly they responded and for the clear answer they provided. Unfortunately, it wasn't the answer I was hoping for. All of the GIFs will be personalized because that's what the majority of users were using. I do not prefer those and will sadly be cancelling my membership. I don't like the changes they made but I do appreciate how quickly and aptly I was responded to. JibJab you will be greatly missed!

Everytime I select everything I'm supposed to and finish it doesn't work. It goes back to the sample video.

I sent one email to cancel my subscription. 2 days later my subscription was cancelled and my money refunded. No hassle at all. Great change from other subscription I have cancelled. Jibjab is a cool app, but I just don't know enough people that have a sense of humor. I, myself have slowly stopped being on the internet, so I really didn't use it enough, but should I ever need a cool app like jibjab I will definitely activate my subscription again.
I enjoyed JibJab MUCH more when faces could be made to the actual shape of a person's face. I don't enjoy it near as much and may not sign on for an additional year. Some if the starring you videos are also not as funny as some.of the old ones.
I could not share and it did not work right. I asked for it to be cancelled. I hope it was- very disappointed.

The product is so fun and then today, I had a customer service issue
And I emailed the company and it was resolved in 20 minutes!
Better video offerings. (To do for kids ages 8 up) I paid the $18 Some with child & dog/cat to make. Also some with less rude things for kids ages. When I place child's face it comes up with his face on many NOT appropriate for his age. Come on time for a wake up call.

I have used JibJab for a few years and found it great fun. I had my renewal on auto payment taken after deciding to cancel this year (as the kids are all grown up;-( I contacted JibJab customer services and they couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. Thanks Taylar and Alessandra for making this so pain free:-)
