Love all the ideas you have on this site. Its very easy to follow and brings a lot of joy to many.

My problem was resolved quickly and to my satisfaction.

I felt like being hit up for the yearly subscription before I purchased my card was a bit much but I'm satisfied with the card that I had made.

I tried Jib Jab, laughed and shared with loved ones.

I misunderstood the total charge for Jibjab when I ordered my subscription. I only wanted to pay for 1 month not 1 year. I sent them an E Mail and told all my friends they wouldn't listen to me but they did. They refunded my annual subscription. They are the best!

Taylor in customer spport was very kind and patient with me. I am a very slow typist and not very tech savvy. Taylar was patient and settled the issue to my great satisfaction. Overall excellent service

We love to make the videos at Christmas time. I didn't realize how much more extensive the services are and that I could send cards/videos for all different occasions. That's why I decided to join and use their paying service! Well worth it. :)

I didnt know that I was on automatic renewal for jibjab with paypal. When I found out and cancelled I could also request a refund from jibjab. Within one day they refunded the entire amount that they had taken for the unwanted renewal. They didnt have to do that! Very surprised and will one day use them again. Great customer service!

Most recent auto pay was refunded. I was not aware of the auto pay. All the past years of auto pay was not refunded or offered. Are they lost?

JibJab gave me a super fast response and refund no questions asked. I had forgotten that I had an account and had agreed to auto renew.

The request was easily made. The response came in minutes and was resolved with out any issue. Great experience with a company even when you need a refund means excellent company in my books!

Unbelievable customer service-far exceeds expectations. The e-cards are hilarious and fun to design and send. I highly recommend checking this site out. I did and have now been a member since 2014.

The holiday jibjabs are great gifts. Plan on making one for all on my Xmas list this year.

Charged 2 different times. Can't play artist songs, cards bland at best.

This has brought allot of joy to friends and family that I have sent these to!

Please add more music videos. I am running out of new ideas!
