Honest Organization you can trust

Im not always comfortable with signing on to an organization online., especially automatic renewal. I had used Jib Jab for over a year and noticed my Paypal was debited annually for this service. I contacted Jib Jab and received a refund within a day! I was not expecting such fast service. Their on line service is very easy and accommodating to use.

Excellent Response

When I started my acct and paid with my credit card everything went smooth. I was able to quickly start my ecards. After a year of not using JibJab I noticed there was an auto renewal charge. I tried to contact customer service for a refund and to my surprise the only option was to send an email request. I was devastated and thought I would be waiting days, weeks and nothing would get done. Well, within 10 minutes I was contacted via email and everything was resolved. I was impressed. They are fast and attentive and care what you think of their service. Its a relief to know there are companies this great that still exist.

Billing Misunderstanding

I recently contacted JIBJAB Customer Service department because of a billing misunderstanding and would like to say they responded very quickly and sorted out the problem for me. Excellent service. I don't usually write reviews but have done in this case to ket customers know they can use this site with confidence.

SUPERB CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I decided to cancel JibJab because I didn't use it regularly and I had become tired of the same cards. I decided to cancel and it was the fastest smoothest transaction ever. It made me feel bad to cancel! For an online provider, they give A1 customer service!

I wasn't expecting to be contacted so soon. I thought it would be at least two to five days. Not only was I contacted in the same day, the request was handled and finalized. Don't see this kind of service anymore and I do appreciate your staff. Awesome job!

I contact Jibjab after I discovered a supscription payment had been debited from my card.
It was a supscription I had started a couple of years ago and I had totally forgotten about it. It was also assigned to an old email address, so I could not cancel it.
I contact JibJab with my issue and all my information and the next day I received a response, telling me my membership had been cancelled for me and a full refund had been issued.
It was refreshing to deal with a company who was quick to respond and actively putting the customer first. So many others are too quick to take!

Awesome customer service.
