We've had so much fun with JobJab. It's a really easy program to download and to use and converts easily into any format for sending to family and friends who either use Macs or PC's. If you need assistance it's available, and response times are quick. Thanks JibJab team for a wonderful fun bit of software available to celebrate any occasion.

I enjoyed using the app and made a card or two for my students. I moved overseas and have no more use for it. I forgot that I had signed up for a re-newing subscription. When I was charged again a year later I asked for a full refund and cancellation of my account. The rep from Jib Jab responded in 24 hours and gave a full refund. Great company, great customer support. Well done Jib Jab

Due to retirement, had an issue with recurring payments. They took care of the issue in less than 2 hours (auto response stated 24 hours). Am so pleased with the way they handled this.

Jibjab is an app that i enjoyed especially the different jingles songs putting your friends and family on there face pictures to see them dance so do love it my family gets a kick out of it.my family said that there satisfied with jibjab. Thank you!

These people are great! FAST, accurate, courteous, creative and understanding. JIB JAB is a fun and easy program to use, while my kiddo's were home we enjoyed it and got a lot of good laughs from Jib Jab throughout the past 3 years. Kids have moved on and so must I.

I had a problem with paying for my subscription but wasn't getting access to the perks. They resolve the problem extremely fast and discovered I had a an enactive email causing the problem
