I un joined faster than I joined... I thought the fee was for cards and its not... you have to pay a fee to join then pay for each card... The cards may be cute but not worth all that... I'm just disgusted!
My students love when I make a JibJab for them. I do think the price is sufficiently expensive to not have to pay additional money to download videos however.

I purchased a JibJab membership last Christmas and had a lot of fun with making cards etc., and felt it was well worth the price. I had recently lost my husband and it was almost like travelling back in time with the animated cards. After Christmas I pretty much forgot about the site until today when I was updating my banking and realized that I had been automatically billed for a membership renewal. I contacted JibJab support and told them that I was unaware of the auto renewal and requested a refund. The process was very simple and I received a positive response withing half a day. A customer can't argue with good service like that. I think that now a days this customer service is a most welcome surprise and I am truly grateful as I live on a senior's budget.

Very easy to navigate & make videos and cards. Everyone that I have sent one to loves it. One couple, who just recently moved to Japan for a two year Marine tour... told me they are going to use their JibJab video as their online e-card Christmas card... how cool is that?!

I needed to cancel my yearly subscription to JibJab but was unsure how to go about it. Within an hour or two the issue was resolved *and* my money was refunded. The eficiency and friendly nature of the emails was a nice bonus.

Soo relieved at how easy it was to get a refund. I misunderstood the billing, thinking you payed a 1.50 for a month, not realizing it was, but you paid that for a year at one time for a total of 18.00. I was pleased with the service, just wasn't interested in a year. Soo was pleasantly surprised how easy it was to get a refund with no hassle at all. Such a rare thing these days. We've been members of JibJab for years. The animations and stills are cute, charming, funny, scary, shilling, and hilarious (not necessarily in that order). Our little recipients have enjoyed them through time. Better than cards out there on the market and more personalized. Very special.
