I've made JibJab cards before. This time I was signed in, had the photo uploaded and shaped, and each time I clicked "done" for the photo placement step, the site sent me back to the Christmas card selection. And then found that the site offers NO immediate help for problems encountered. Getting an email answer two days later doesn't help when you're trying to send a birthday card on time. Very dissatisfied!

My friends loved the ecards from Jib Jab almost as much as I enjoyed making them. I felt like a Hallmark and Chris Tucker mix creating my greeting cards.

The card was hilarious and well received by my girlfriend. Thank you.

Love this site. Very easy to use. Great videos. Lots of laughs.

The site has too many bugs. When I approach JibJab for help, the response was like warm at best. Overall it gives a negative impression

A paper card would have arrived late, so this was a well-received alternative with a song I really like that was easy to put together.

Hi sent these out to all of my friends as xmas cards with a little pazzaz and they all loved them alot of fun

I really like making the videos and putting faces in the characters... it has brought a lot of laughs for my family and friends... and for me as well...

A friend sent me a JibJab card and I enjoyed it - saw the box to hit to make my own - I'm not usually good at doing something like this, but it was really easy - excellent results - did 1 of my husband & I first - then 1 with our five grandkids. Have watched them several times - posted on facebook - the grandkids loved it too - and also watched over and over and laughed like crazy

Made a couple of Christmas Card and everyone has had a ball watching them. Will be doing a lot more through out the year.
