I'm in charge of entertainment for the holiday party... ugh. This makes it SOOOOO much easier. I plug in the faces, we show dancing elves on the big screen, everyone is pleased/embarrassed and nobody has to perform. Easy to use, faces line up well in the casting template, fast turnaround. Have done this for two years in a row now and very successful. Thanks!

I emailed your support staff and was told my account was credited with 77,400,000 that I won from a contest. I was never awarded this to my account. It is BS!

Its a tradition now that people get a Christmas jibjab. They can often be hilarious and are loved by the recipients.

Great for entertaining friends and family all year

I have used JibJab several times before without a hitch, but was bummed this time because the scheduled emails to a Birthday girl and her Dad were not sent; just one to my address went thru. I confirmed with him the addresses were correct. It is wasn't the end of the world - I forwarded my email to them, but less than satisfying.

Sent a couple of birthday cards recently, the feedback was very satisfying,

It took a little time to get use to what was needed to be done but once I got the hang of it, well it was like rolling down hill, all easy. Going.

If only the customer service and support matched the videos and emails to join the fun... then you'd really have something. I've been a member before and your service/member support messes that up, I tried again and you messed that up too! A sad resolution indeed.

You falsely advertised $2.99 a month and than charged me for the year. Told everyone to avoid what used to be a cool site.

I think this is an expensive exercise. I will not be using them again

Site is very good got everything you need but I only wanted to sign up for 1 month but you took 1 year fee. It stated on website you had a choose, I clicked 1 month but was still charged the year@ $18.99... not acceptable

Each time (2) I put my pictures in the promo figures came on. Not worth my time and energy. Cute but not for me. Have to get my money back.
