All has been good. Only thing is sometimes it's hard to get the mouths right and the film clip looks a bit distorted. And also some clip came on about animals I didn't even click on, otherwise it is a great thing,

I visit my family in th village only a few days/every 6 months and they are crazy about JibJab. The youngest (2yrs old) jumps in the bed and LOLs when creating new videos. :) thanks for the experience

So simple to use and the technology is great you can use any photo and zoom in and adjust the angles. Created a lot of laughter which we are all in much need of after the year we have all had!

I was disappointed to discover that after paying for membership I still had to pay an additional fee to download and keep videos created on the site.

I made a video 3 times and couldn't send it to facebook. I've sent them before without a problem but this time it was very frustrating as I tried 3 times and no go!

Love creating videos that are both fun and a great vehicle for celebrating life's events with family and friends. I do wish I could involve 6 people, as my family is large, it I understand the number of characters had to stop somewhere.

Spent 1 hour creating a card, uploading pics, paid the membership and the e card I created had random strangers pics and not mine.

It was ok, I made a greeting video was very funny but when I tried to upload it to Facebook I was unable as the video content was not mine to post

Your site is a money trap. I was misled into buying an annual subscription which I did not want. So I have now paid $18 for something I will only use once. I want my money back please.
