I always wanted to do this. It looks like a whole lot of fun. It kinda depicts me as a goofy singing dancing elf!

I registered and paid to join, received an email that I would be directly debited every year (WHICH I DID NOT KNOW BEFORE THE PAYMENT WAS MADE - I ONLY WANT TO PAY FOR ONE YEAR!) and then I bought an ecard, sent it to my friend and he told me he didn't receive it.
Not happy. How do I back out of this?

I asked for a refund as it's not what I wanted and the cost was to much! £14!

I have made 3 videos so far. One with the holiday theme and the two others for birthday cards. My issue is concerning the birthday cards and the mostly adult options. Children loved the cards but it isn't appropriate to send one with drinking or adult behavior.

My experience with the use of the site was good.

I find Jib Jab very very user friendly and entertaining.

It is more difficult to work with the character's faces than before. I liked the way to work with them 4 years ago. Somethings should get better, for example, the mouths. And I would like to find a wider range of Christmas videos. Many of them are from previous years. More innovation would be appreciated.

So easy to handle. The support team is so efficient.

This is a fun way to send cards to people. The Website is very easy to use, as is the app, except that I haven't found where to find my ecards on the app (which is really easy to find on the website).

I'll be using this more often!

After a few years you have seen all the video s not much new.
Personally I think 18 dollars is a lot of money for a few e cards.

I don't like the nasty and crude characters. I got this for my grandkids. I can't let them select a scene without them being exposed to bad things. Then to make things worse, their photos are planted on the bad stuff.
Perhaps it would be better to also have a kid friendly version.

Bought the yearly subscription.

Found out after that you need to pay additionally for each upload.

On my phone I use a different email than my laptop (work and home), but the app on my phone does not allow me to choose which email I wish to have after its initial setup. Sent an email to help and response was... not helpful

Also the amount of child friendly christmas/songs are limited.

Have taken automatic renewal off.

Fun sight, and easy to work with, I have put together two videos both were cute. Family and friend fun.

I have so much fun making up jibjab ecards for my friends at Christmas time. Absolutely recommend it :)

I had problems with how the jaw fitting came out, the characters had funny black moustache like faults on their faces when speaking, I tried to re - edit without success, I tried to begin again completely without success, so the animated card which I am stuck with is of poor quality.

Everything was just fine until one is requested to pay $1.99 to download the video! Seems indeed we are being taken advantage of considering no other site charges for that, and if they give you a link it goes directly to the show, not your page full of self advertising. And it isn't people won't know where the show comes from as you start it with your logo.

Have used this site for a few yrs now & always enjoyed it. I always get thanks to all that I send your JibJab's to..

Can't get full. Premium experience on Android. It's very limited what can you do. Shame.
