Grandchildren were not impressed with their cards so I decided to take advantage of the 30 day opt out plan, but nothing happened and I still get JibJab information as if I still have a membership. It's not worth it to me if the grandkids don't care.

You charged much more on my credit card then advertised..

I joined Jibjab and the couple of cards I could make are great, but usually the website won't allow me to. I download the pictures, place them in the faces, then when I click on personalize to add a message it kicks me out back to the original menu. Is this common or am I doing something wrong?

I miss the wsy we use to be able to crop around the head photo to get a more realistic head shape of people. I would also like to see videos with more than five people so I could get my whole work crew or all the grandkids in one video.

When my husband and I first tried jibjab we were very amused. Can't wait to use it for other holidays and events.

Have always loved JibJab. I was very pleased to discover that they offer a subscription to use them as a greeting card service.

I sent a Christmas card to my daughter and we were both really happy with the outcome. Thanks so much! I'll be sending lots more.

I love making them for family and friends they get a big kick out of them my granddaugthjer loves them laugh at them

The operational staff of this site are very professional, and immediately respond as well as work to resolve any issues or concerns you may have with their products.

Would be nice to have less vulgar ones and more upbeat cute ones

JibJab cards are as much fun to make as they are to receive!

Went online and pasted headshots of my pals for a thanksgiving theme and they must have replayed it 20 times laughing and pointing!

The majority of people I send to have it end up in their junk mail.
Makes it a pain.

I'm sure it is my fault, but I got charged 18 dollars, I'm guessing that's for the entire year? Kind of a dirty way to operate. Also, I never received my download. There are too many hidden costs. This will be the only time I use jibjab. I will be canceling my membership

Years ago it used to be more of a fun video and free. Now at $18 yr it's just really not worth it.

I don't know who has more fun - me making them or people receiving them!
