It would be nice to have a card selection that isn't silly or goofy but conveys a sincere gratitude or special feeling.

I found the video very easy to put together, and the result was good. What I found disappointing about the site was that the "hundreds" of available vids are really just the same ones, repeated over and over for different numbers of participants. Having a hard time picking others that I like.

Lots of fun and enjoyment. Grandchildren besotted with it and can sit for hours making their arrangements. Thank you for the best babysitter ever.

I took a couple of jib jabs to have a laugh with my family and was charged a yearly subscribtion which i dint ask for or wished to have i feel cheated by jib jab

Whenever I try to activate JibJab, I receive a webpage saying I need to download Adobe Reader. When I go through the process of downloading,
Up pops the pay subscription choices. Must I purchase an Adobe Reader subscription to use JibJab? If so, very disappointing!

I don't know how to explain. I didn't like that I couldn't go back forth to look at things. When I would go back everything I had done was gone. Just very frustrating..

I don't know if it is just my phone or the app, but it won't let me move the face in my photos up, down, left, or right. I can only increase or decrease the size. So if the face position and size isn't already in the right spot it has been impossible to use...

Members should not be required to pay for downloading their own cards/videos... the membership fee should cover it.
