An extremely simple site to use and the recipient was ecstatic with the result. I cannot wait to do this again.

I sent a vidio of my family singing carols to them and we have all had huge laughs, very good fun, Thank you.

I've used JibJab in the past and like the variety.

I paid for the year and when I do a restore it doesn't work. Awesome another app that gets your money and never works. I have used JibJab for years but whatever this is it's not working! Very disappointed

I'm not too happy, some of the cards I have used too many times, it would be nice to get new one more often. Some also are too offensive. I'll try it this year again and hope things change next year before I renew my membership.

I only wanted to join for one month at the price advertised at $1.50, but I see on my bill they charged me for a year. I think that is very dishonest of the JibJab company. Honestly i would like a refund and an apology but I doubt I will get that. Please DO NOT renew my subscription after this one expires.

I love that I can personalize greetings with our photos. I just wish that there were more family friendly option for birthday greetings. It would also be very helpful if the greetings were categorized so that I (& my children who are generally looking over my shoulder) don't have to see some of the courser options.

Joined again but totally dissappointed with site, could not write a greeting to send with video.

If possible I would like a refund a I don't see the sense in being a member of something I cant fully utilise.

My ecard was never delivered. I reverified the email address and it was correct. No idea where it went

I'm having so much fun with JibJab! It's easy to use and everything works perfectly.

Site works well. It's been an excellent experience so far.

You make it hard to understand your price and in the end over charge.

Love the experience, and I would pay to download many more videos if there were better selections.

I remember the Soul Train line, bring that back. You need more diverse video's, I had to put black faces on white bodies, so I find this app very racist, and won't be using it any more.

Great site to make fun, interactive animated cards.

I laugh so much that they feel very therapeutic and great for my soul!

Had cards to go out to family scheduled, I was notified they went out, but they did not receive them. I rechecked their email addresses and resent, again they were not recieved

I'm very happy with the overall experience, the site was easy to use and it was very quick to make and send the card

Babysitting has become a joy with the ritual of Jibjab Productions. They laugh and laugh. Grandma! Let's do another one. Love this!
