The ecards I've put together really have made a lot of people laugh! There's something for every occasion. My son and his fiancé loved starring in I Got You Babe and want it played at their wedding. Thanks JibJab

I think you should give the customer a choice of using the mouth or NOT. If you are off just a little - it ruins the whole video. I use your suggestion diagram - but it still doesnt work properly.
Also - the loading is very slowwwwwwww.Also near the end it wont let me go to Facebook or? Without waiting for some time. Otherwise very good.

I don't like the $ grab beyond the membership - I thought that it would be fun to 'save' my cards but you can't unless you pay! What's wrong with this is that it makes the whole jib jab 'thing' - CON... I won't be renewing!

I primarily mail jibjabs to my 4 grandchildren with complicated e-mail addresses that I do not recall easily. It would be great if the system could remember a limited number of such addresses for me.

Great website, easy to navigate, easy to use and great value.

Unless one sends the card immediately it does not turn up. We sent several cards to people to be sent a few days later on their birthdays and not one arrived. A complete con and waste of money

The card I developed for my daughters birthday was sent to her. I included her sisters in copy and they never received the email either. I was the only one who got a copy and was very disappointed by the result

Have not long subscribed but enjoying the app and having fun with it and sharing with family and friends

I had fun and some laughs from it, I think I had more fun than the receivers did.

The website is fine and the videos as well. But where the heck is the 1080P quality? I suppose anno 2016 you can't the deny the fact that that is very important.

Like the dance videos you have. Cannot find all of my past videos I have made. Could be because I cancelled my subscription at one time.

I was offered one JibJab for $1.99 the ended up being billed $18.99 for a full year. Dirty way to get an extra $17.00 off someone. Not impressed at all!

Hard to use & understand. Harder still to cancel & get a refund. Also, most videos offered for greeting cards are for 1 to 5 people. We're a family of 6.

I don't know why the mouths are not correct. I thought I positioned them correctly, but instead they look like mustaches over their mouths.

Website customer service and ease was definitely lacking.

Anyone who saw the video relayed to me how hilarious it was.

I did not get a refund when I cancelled in time for one.
