The animation is really fun, great dance moves, and it is easy enough to create the cards with the "faces" you want. Go for it.
I was very excited at first. I sent some Christmas cards to several people, but then realized that I was sending the same couple of cards but just replacing the faces with different people. There were only a few cards that were actually worth sending. Then when I tried to send a birthday card I spent an hour trying to find one that wasn't about drinking, sex, or just plain stupid. At least it's not very expensive. I wish we could rate each individual card. That way, it would be easier to find the good ones.
Site forced me to buy a yearlong subscription to create my virtual greeting cards... fine, I think. But then it also asks me to pay to download the cards as video files, using a completely different pay system.
None of this is clear from the outset, so it just feels like you're being dragged along a moneymaking scheme.
When I have created the cards with my friends faces, I have sent it to my dept as a Christmas card and they loved it! It was so funny that I sent it to allot of people. They asked where I made the card and told them JibJab. A couple of my friends signed up and started sending some themselves. JibJab has allot of selections of cards to choose from and their website is so user friendly that it makes it fun to create these cards and the best part of all, they have cards for all occasions. Love this website! I will definitely sign up every year!

I dont like the fact that you have to email customer service theres no phone number to contact, especially when your dealing with credit card.

I have been a member of JibJab for quite some time. There were no issues this year. We burn a CD each year for Christmas morning and the entire family gets to watch. It has become a tradition.

The jibjab was easy to use and gave our group at work lots of laughs! Maybe a little pricey since you pay the yearly fee and then have to pay to download videos but it is nice that there is no charge to email them! The only thing I would change is maybe that you could manipulate the box around the face to cut out any background! I would highly recommend it to my friends :)
