It takes forever. I would think, once I enter them, it holds them in the data base but it does not

Love having this subscription. I love making my co-workers and friends happy by sending them these funny cards.

I love video, only $18 a year and worth EVERY penny! Can't wait to make more for every season.

I and my family really enjoyed the "video" I made. The only problem I encountered was the sizing of my picture downloads. I had to reset and retry several times.

I did not like the automatic renewal of the membership fee.

Except for Halloween, I have been unable to use JibJab for family groups. I also dislike the crude "humor" of many of the options, but, of course, I don't have to use them. Without family friendly options, I doubt I'll use your service. Disappointing. I guess I'm not in your preferred demographic.

I look forward to creating new hilarious masterpieces every year!

Very original and funny, however found difficulty loading photographs as no instructions to help you through the procedure. Also found out after arranging message that unless recipient has up to date Adobe unable to open message, so all for nothing

Had to start over too many times. Each time I went to the next phase and didn't like it I could not clear it out and had to start over

I love this app but the only thing I wish was a little different is scaling in the faces for it. It was fine for me an adult but my son has special needs and he loves doing and creating these with his friends pictures but it is impossible for him to do on his own. The actual face scaling is fine but the mouth scaling takes a little getting use to! Overall a fun app!?

It'd be nice if you gave 2 choices to form face shapes... the current way and an advanced way (in the past, we were able to set "points" to shape the face). Another system I miss is ordering "a la carte". $18 a year is a lot of money when I order only 2 videos.

I'm having a hard time getting the mouths right. But even if they look more like mustaches than mouths, we are having lots of laughs iwth this app.

Send them to friends with grandchildren and she loves seeing their faces in the videos.

JibJab has always worked great for me. I love the service.

I was told I was going to be charged 1.99 and now I have a $1.99 charge and a $18.99 charge for downloading one video!

Ridiculous and unacceptable.

The variety and the light-hearted humor makes it easy to include everyone at work in the animated Christmas Cards. Try to make one with 10 people for next year. Keep up the good work!
