I paid 18.00 to make a Christmas funny card of my family dancing, so I decided to use the site to my best ability to get my monies worth. However, the site lacks creativity and options. Good bye 18.00 for nothing.
The software didn't use the photos I uploaded. It kept using stock photos from the app. Total waste of time and money. I deserve a full refund

Love sending JibJab emails... so fun! Wish it was a little easier to edit the placement of people's faces once setting up the cards (instead of having to start over if you want to remove one or change which person is which character) but overall a blast and people receiving them love them!

My only suggestion is to allow us to edit a card or greeting after we have already saved it. It would nice to be able to customize the greeting, e.g. Otherwise, I love the site.

Bringing smiles to family and friends is an enjoyable experience.
We were charged 10 times what was advertised. And some of the email addresses we sent our "card video" to never received it.
After having paid for this period and to have created the video, to could download it I needed to pay again for downloading. I consider it is too much. In the beginning, some years ago it was totally free. After you decided to establish a cost, but this cost + a downloading is really too much. I don't want to use the service anymore.
I thought I was signing up for a monthly subscription where I would be billed monthly until I decided to cancel. I was shocked when I looked at my bank account and saw I was charged $18 for a full year. I have no need to use these stupid ecards for an entire year. Of course they put the $1.50 a month in large red font so you think you're getting a fair deal but in reality they are just ripping you off because they don't allow refunds. I basically just threw $18 down the drain which I can barely afford this holiday season. Very sad and disappointed.

Loved the results! Lacking easy guiding instructions on saving your video or photo. I had to play around and search a lot in order to find out where all the features were. A non technical person will have a very difficult time figuring it out and will probably get frustrated and leave. I couldn't get the FB interface to work it wouldn't save to FB so had to improvise and copy past link into FB. The videos are awesome except for the unclassed ones i. E. Hind end items, sexual content etc...
