I had trouble trying to get into my account, contacted JibJab by e-mail, and they assigned the support team to take over the issue, and within hours, it was corrected, and I was able to get into my account and get going. AGAIN, GFREAT JOB FOR THE SUPPOET TEAM! Customer service was Great!

I am with jibjab for many years, but lately i have a problem, i cant download pcture from my files. Everything is updated and firefox to and if i take chrome it, s ok

My family, both my adult daughters and my "mature" sisters and mother, always appreciate my jib-jab work. I just wish i was better at getting the mouth and teeth in the right location!

I did not realize that the final video would be compressed until after I purchased an account. So the final video quality is much lower than I expected.

It is so easy to import faces from my picture files. Even adjust the mouths so that they can sing better!

I did not want to purchase the yearly subscription. I thought I had made a one time video purchase. When I was ordering no pricing was given. Contacted customer support still waiting to hear back.

I paid for a subscription expecting to be able to download my cards but the additional 1.99 per card was very disappointing. I would like to actually discontinue my subscription and get a refund!

I just dont understand why Im not able to download the videos if I already paid for the membership... It seems like a fraud...

It never worked, charged my card and still gave me the options as if I was a trial customer... After a while trying I cancelled and got the money back... Wasted my time!

I have been sending several cards to friends and family.

It was so fun and easy to make. The templates are hip, funny and definitely memorable. Thank you for making our cards unique!

Easy to set up with photos. Wish you had more holidays videos with 2 people to put photos in. Just me & my wife to send vids out in.

All cards automatically went to people's spam folders, hence they will never see them.
And i just paid $18 for this.
I'd actually like a refund because i know i won't use this product anymore, and technically never really did because nobody received a a card from me.
