I thought that the price for the ecard was high enough but charging for a year in advance without saying so clearly is deceitful and JibJab should be ashamed of their bogus business practices.

It looked like I had black tape over my mouth. There was no need for this, as I didn't say a word in the video.

I thought the price was 1.5 dollar per month.
Then you charged me All year.

I've had a lot of fun doing these and my family has enjoyed their cards very much! They were a big hit!

Good experience but would like to see more options for your card selections.

This is good fun... but sometimes a bit risque... I have been known to blush at some of the available options! Some approach the "Naughty List" line. Ho Ho Ho

I thought I was going through the process of doing my video, and paying for it, when in fact I was paying for a subscription. This is not what I wanted.
Happy with the video, but the subscription is bull$#*!. Thats not what I wanted.

I contacted you about the $18 charge to my bank account and NEVER got a reply back from your company!
Very upset that I clicked to make a video that was supposed to be less than $18 and got scammed to a higher fee.

I signed on to Jib Jab and soon realized I wouldn't be able to use it enough to warrant the cost, albeit very low. I cancelled during the 30 day trial and it couldn't have been easier due to their process and efficiency. Thanks Jib Jab!

Putting together clever greetings has never been more inventive, clever and fun to create. The choices for a wide variety of circumstances is stunning.

It was very difficult to pick my pictures. So I have not had a chance to make a Jib Jab

I am still learning, but have had some trouble getting my pictures downloaded. I know I will learn what I need to do as I use it.

JibJab won't allow me to do anything. Nothing at all. Nada, zip, zero. I want my money back.

I had some questions that I submitted to the customer service team they respond promptly and took care of the questions and issues that I had. Couldn't ask for better customer service.

I have fun with using Jib Jab... I am not fond of the way the mouths move and show that black rectangle.

Having problems when trying to down load to Facebook,

In order to download you must purchase a 18 dollar year long subscription plus a 1.99 download fee. Ridiculous

What a great way to "use" your friends and family.

I wish there were an option to include 6 people instead of 5 being the limit. Other than that, Jib Jab is lots of fun!

My family love the cards. I just don't like that you can only send by email or Facebook. I'm an Instagram use would have love to add my cards on that app.
