I don't know where my card? Went no conformation. Suprised that I'm being billed annually automatically. I don't remember anything being mentioned prior. I know I can cancel anytime but it is a suprise.
When Sending To facebook where does it show up? On my time line or thiers or on my public the one I sent didn't show up any where's.

1.-The site needs a bit of improvement. There needs to be a one step click to get back to the main selection of clips. 2.-More family oriented movie clips please.

It's a delight to use and the results are so positive from friends and family once they view the final results. The plan is to make their day with a laugh and it never falls short of my goal. Mission accomplished!

For $18 a year, pretty cheap and fun entertainment.

It's kind of tricky to fit the faces and correctly get the right position of the mouth so the teeth are in the right place. Also you assume the characters will be shown in the same order as you picked them (left to right) but that dioesnt happen. Otherwise, it's a fun experience and the receivers quite enjoy them!

It is not fair they automatically renew every year, that is taking advantage

Easy to use and funny cards. Would have been 5 stars but occasionally website freezes.

I only wish that it were easier to make a "Library" of archived family/friend photos...

I like making Jib Jab videos. Both my parents, and my older sister passed away years ago, so I used their photos besides my husband's and mine. It felt good seeing them in a video having a good time. People on my Facebook liked them too. Thank you for making this memory possible.

I was surprised to learn that in addition to the yearly membership fee, there is an additional $1.99 fee for each ecard. I canceled my membership after learning this.

I didn't know i was being charged for a full year and I'm angry. I would never pay $24 Canadian to make jib jabs. You shouldn't have to subscribe for a year and oh how convenient there's automatic renewal! I'm disgusted. Why don't you just charge by each jib jab made? I want my money back.

For whatever reason, only on this site, my number nine, in my address changes to what looks like a g, but different. Very few have been able to receive it. I originally signed up for a 1.99 video, but my Pay Pal was charged 18.00, which I wouldn't mind so much, if it worked right. Can not understand why I'm having this problem and don't know how to fix it.

I've use app for years and it always delivers! A great way to create a happy day!

Love the fact that u can create videos with peoples faces

The videos you send by mail do not work when they reach the recipient

We like the JibJab templates but would like to see additional content which does not have to be modeled on the current types of templates used. More creative cards which are unique, with or without humor.
