I enjoy making the cards - a bit of fun and I think they are really quite good and fun to see for the recipient. A personalised card for many occasions.

I wanted to do a video using facebook. Never received the video and I was charged 18.00 for a subscription with an automatic renewal. I tried to contact you via pay pal to resolve and the email bounced back. I have set up a dispute in pay pal. I want my name off your automatic renewal and I want my 18.00 back please.

It's ok - we enjoyed it - but it is too expensive - not keeping it.

The grandchildren really enjoy these little Holiday "movies."

Made several videos with family and friends, and making them was just as much fun as watching them. We laughed so much!

I found it difficult to pick out a card for 3 people, or maybe even 4 people. I need smaller numbers.

After a couple tries at it, I successfully created the video I wanted. It looks great and was enjoyed by the people I sent it to.

The music in most is terrible, would not send to anyone. All your characters are dark haired and look similar. Would have loved a cute, great sounding music for Christmas. The characters, elves, are all unattrative, not funny or cute. The Grease and Happy ones are fun, cute and were enjoyable to watch and share.

Easy to use, great end product, and something a little different to bring some holiday cheer to grumpy co-workers. Thanks

It seems to have issues loading the videos but I love them anyway

I love surprising friends and family with a card to brighten their days and holidays. Jib Jab always keeps it fresh with new video options from which to choose and I look forward to seeing what they've come up with whenevwer I get an email from them.

I loved the concept, I wanted to join but thought I was paying for one month. I am on a fixed income and every penny counts. When $18.00 was taken out it caused a domino effect and I have many $35.00 charges that has plummeted me into no money for food, or gas, or paying the electric bill. I tried to contact them immediately and I could not reach anyone to quickly put the $18.00 back.

I enjoyed making my video and will probably use it for all friends and family's birthdays from now on.

I was under the impression I would be charged $1.50 a month, not all at once. AND I was not under the impression I would have to charge more money to download.

It's fun playing with it, but I wish the mouth application could be a little easier to apply on the pictures. Guess practice is what it's going to take to get it down perfect.

I had an issue with billing and they resolved it right away. Their products are fantastic as well.
