My card was never sent out, and was charged for a card that my daughter had sent to me? Emailed your company, about it and no respond on how they were going to handle it. Tried this around 2 yeas ago, and had a problem sending card out. I gave up, then decided to try again, with no luck! Account was emailed to me, with the $4.99 charge for a card I did not send. So I will not try again to use this service.
I do not want to have a years subscribed in advanced. I do not want to pay for the year in advance either, but you took it from me and I have not been able to get in contact with anyone who will reply to my e. Ails, and refund my money.
Easy enough to use, wish there were better selection of videos and editing options.
I had a problem with uploading my already created heads and was unable to create any new videos/greeting cards, so I contacted JibJab's support team. Well within 24 hours I was contacted by Howard, who reassured me that help was at hand. However, in the meantime the problem at sort of solved itself (!). Good to know that there's help to be had by a professional team.
Since I joined several days ago I have sent JibJab cards to people around the world and around the US. Everyone who received the cards loved them.

I used JibJab two years with the help of my 13 year old Granddaughter and it went smoothly. This year I did it alone and it wasn't as easy ~ Maybe because the expert wasn't with me. I had a hard time getting it up on line. Do I have to pay some more every time I put a new one up?
I selected photos but when I viewed the card, none of them appeared.
JIb Jab is a fun affordable way to reach lots of people for lots of occasions. I do have a couple frustrations; however. 1. I had to create my card twice because apparently I needed to first upgrade my account then start over. 2. I did not see anywhere that there was a 50 email address limit, so I had to guess at how many on my list, was 50, then send the card to a second batch of emails.
I thought it would only charge me only $1.99 and it charged me $18. I want my money back and to cancel ASAP!
It's Easy. Has a few little kinks could use some fixing but It's Great for everyone and all ages to Use Fun Easy Great pricing which is a nice fresh of breath air Now a days! Happy I found this!
I have to say that my Grandsons (who live far away from me) really do LOVE the JibJab cards. When we are together we always have fun making them, but when we are far apart I can always send them. They are loads of fun.
I thought I had a one year subscription... however you required me to pay when I tried to send a card. If my subscription had run out -- you should have notified me. By the way - I refused the auto enroll for another year.
I prefer to be notified to renew -- not automatically renewed.
I subscribe to the site to be able to make and share funny stuff. After I make something, I am hit with a bill so I can save it. What was the subscription for?

Heard about the site from an office party. Joined right away and can't stop making and watching the end product. Surprising everyone at Christmas with their own special card!

This is the greatest site. We sent out many cards and everyone loved them. Lots of fun. Thanks JibJab.
Answer: Unfortunately, now you can only edit your heads immediately after you upload them, which makes it a waste of time to save them because each head you upload will only work correctly for the video you uploaded it for. I was told they removed the 'edit any time' function so people could use their app on androids which sounds pretty absurd to me. Oh well, this will be the last year I ever pay for it again if they don't correct this outrage.
Answer: We've removed the fine-tuned shaping feature for now to make our casting process easier for all; we also made adjustments so that users can easily cast their cards directly on mobile devices.
