Any gliches were sorted out asap. Lots of fun had with jibjab. Entertainment and laughter for family and friends at any time of the year.

The JibJab software is unique and great and rates 5 stars. My use of it failed, however, because 4 out of 5 friends I sent it to did not have the software to open it (flash player as example) or were afraid to try as it was unusual software that they were afraid might contain malware. I will terminate my account. Sorry it did not work.

Nice product. Should offer single use option. 18.95 to send 1 card is too much.

If a greeting sent to someone makes them laugh it is well worth the time to send.

I signed up but couldn't figure out how to download any videos or cards. There are only links which don't meet my needs.

My young grandsons (5&6) love the Jib Jabs I make of them and their family for the holidays. So does my my 93 year old dad. But you need to make more newer ones Only 2 new Christmas this year and the same at Halloween They look for new ones. Especially the not so off color ones.
Also any chance you can make 6 cast membors on some so we can get the whole family in?.

Subscription is reasonable, but videos should be included with a set subscription

Some time ago, i used your service and i was very satisfied. Now your image definition is very bad, the picture is grainy! Sorry, but i will cancel the membership!

Christmas ones this year didn't seem to be up to your past great quality and humor.

As a 64 year old I do find pc stuff testing now and again but this was easy, I amazed my friends with the cartoons perfect fun cheers guys.

JibJab was my early Christmas gift to myself this year. I lost my beloved collie Prinny last year and have missed her so very much. I love JibJab because I can make little fun films of Prinny and it has helped me to be happy again. I love JibJab and have really enjoyed it so much. Thank you and Merry Christmas!
