It was so much fun creating a video, you made it so easy!

First experience was good. Second attempt to find a card was extremely frustrating. Had difficulty finding a selection of cards that did not involve photoshopping photographs of family members. I wasn't sure if they would be comfortable with this and preferred a funny card where this was not required. Had difficulty navigating the site to find alternative e-cards and finally gave up in frustration feeling a little ripped off.

Had a little trouble lining up the mouth thing, however everything turned out pretty good. Friends and family loved it.

When attempting to make a card I was invited to join for the low price of $1.50 then went on happily to make my silly card and distribute it to family and friends... wonderful... only to check my banking statement to discover your website has charged me $23 dollars... say what? So happy with the chuckles but not happy with the price

So simple, if defies the mystery that shrouds computer technology

I wanted a one year subscription automatically ended up on auto renew and now cant find how to stop it. I plan on sending a complaint to the BBB

I love making JibJab cards to send to my friends and to post on Facebook. It is so much fun.

Confusing. Unable to get mouths correct. Was not clear how many jib jabs I was entitled to. Did not input all my contacts. Not an easy process.

The cards are hilarious. Thanks. The only thing I can think of is, I would like to see more birthday cards with two, three or four cast members. You do this on the Christmas cards, and I would like to see that on the Birthday cards as well. Thanks

I was off Jib Jab for a year or two.

Just came back to try it again. Discovered that there were not that many new "cards" to choose from.

BTW" The primary reason I left was because your site makes it difficult NOT to sign up per year, rather than auto renewal. Not sure you fixed that, but I struggled through this time.

Jib jab provides something different when you want to send a special occasion card.

Disappointed with the selection. So few funny ones

Rather disappointing. After review of a project you can not edit!
Showed sign up $1.50 a month, next I find I have been billed for a full year then want to download the brief video and another fee $1.99. Should have all been clearly disclosed as part of registration. So I look for a way to cancel, help doesn't work...
