Having so much fun with Jib Jab and everyone loves getting them!

Loved these cards for a limited time as they made recepiants laugh and were a bit different from the usual

My kids and I enjoy it - and it gives pleasure and smiles to others -

Love the site it's a lot of fun but too expensive to download...

A chance to bring much laughter and happiness to friends and relatives and myself.

I used jib jab before but this time after I made what I wanted I couldn't save the item on my computer. I could upload it to Facebook but not just save the file itself like I use to

I had to re-create the same card dozens of times as it kept crashing and made me reload. No exaggeration. At time to purchase, it deleted the whole card and I had to go through it again, 3 times. If it wasn't so important to get that out, I would have been calling someone. As a business, it would be embarrassing to see what I was going through when it should really be a simple process.

Frustrated as I am unable to talk to anyone at jib job. Content is great
But need some more funny holiday cards to join every year.
Being technological disadvantaged, we are unable to move photos properly
Into jib jab. Also, I don't know why the mouth turns black sometimes and
Not others. Kind of takes away from the experience. Thanks!

It costs more to save them to your computer? How lame is that?

Really now... some of these Christmas offerings are YEARS old... very limited selection of new videos to choose from, and the new ones aren't very creative or funny.

I was very please except for the dark mark around the mouth

The yearly cost plus the per video download cost gets to be prohibitive. I will use this very sparingly.

I emailed customer service. I cannot get assistance with my problems and get a huge menu to read and I am visually impaired (not blind) and really need a human.
I was charged TWICE for the same download.
Do we pay 1.99 each time we download? I am a member and I don't get the discount.
I have sent these concerns in before with no help.

Jib Jab needs to get new videos. There are many old videos that I've been created already!

I've always loved Jibjab and have used it many times over the years.

The video was good but it charged me 18 bucks and Ithe wont let me login to make anything else.

I was completely impressed by JibJab's customer service. My issue was resolved and my money was refunded within the hour. They have never let me down. Thanks JibJab!
