I have long been a fan of sending personalised greetings and cards to my family and friends with lots of good comments and feed back from them.
The variety and selection is great, something for most occasions.
For a while I did not have the facility and everyone asked 'Why have I stopped sending them greetings' So I came back!
That day we had just gone out and cut down our Christmas tree so thought this JibJab was more appropriate. Had lots of good feed backs.
I wish there were more choices to make and send a video than having to pay for a year subscription. A per-use charge would be better.
I had seen these videos before and wanted to share some with my family and friends. My younger brother is already using this service and we both had a great time sharing the laughs! It is easy to load photo's of the faces you want to use. I even used some of our pets in one of the videos too. You guys do a great job with this service... keep it up!
Overall, I am satisfied. It's very easy to use and fun to watch over and over. A little disappointed there are not as many cards as I thought there would be that I could put myself into So I am hoping that more will come out in the year that I've paid for. A little too early to tell if I would do this year after year but for $18, I am not complaining

It is a lot of work and I have to try to figure out how to get their pics to get on the jobjabs but it is fun.
I was very happy to join JibJab a few years back and decided to renew this year. I especially loved the rockin Christmas video and others. I find it a bit disappointing to find that there are not many new exciting videos available. Indeed, as an investor and producer in the film industry, I understand the cost of producing this media especially having to pay royalties. I fully understand the ability to compete in the "on-line media". Having said so, (and please understand I write this only in they idea of making constructive support), as I love your concept. If you wish to excite the media today you must have a competitive marketing ideal. You guys need a few viral videos! So I will not just leave you a negative message without a few suggestions. There are so many opportunities of free media concepts that would fit into "romantic" (including Holiday) productions without the tremendous cost. For example: Make a "Top of the Empire State Building Romantic video (the likes of the move "an affair to remember / more modern version: Tom Hanks and Meg Ryan in sleepless in Seattle. The music is free! The shooting venue is free! The concept will excite women (especially those getting married or having just accepted a marriage proposal. The NY City Film possibilities are amazing. Additionally you might make a decision as to marketing a bit differently. When I ask me children (9) or my 7 Grandchildren about Jib-Jab only one recognized the Brand! You need some excitement and just missed the biggest Holiday of the year. No "really new" and exciting media that gets the internet buzzing would be your goal IMO. God Bless and I wish you the best! My company (and I am NOT looking for work!), has overseen many video productions with over 48 going viral. I do not wish to share any information as such but would be willing to offer some ideas gratis! Why? As I mentioned I live your concept and wish to see you grow! Best Regards ~

I never hit the subscribe button, and never read an explanation of your rules or subscription fee. Your website did not work properly.
My kids LOVE JibJab and it was worth getting a membership for how much fun we have with the videos. We love JibJab!
The only difficulty I have is finding a suitable picture for the cards that use them. I find I use the same cards over and over. I'm not fond of some of the ones that use the newer music videos.
Created an account an was autobilled for two consecutive years without actually utilizing the service. Requested refund and Jib Jab customer support was helpful and refunded me the full amount. Satisfied customer that may consider using service again in future.
So much fun and kids young and old find very entertaining!
