I am enjoying this site. Lots of Fun and much laughter.
We love the videos. We have tried to email them several times and have not had success. $18 to join yet would have to pay another $1.99 per video to download. We have fun watching here at home but are disappointed that we can't share easily. Won't be renewing next year.

I remain unhappy, specifically with the outcome of my feedback regarding ecards not received by recipients yet marked as "unread" by the website. I have used JibJab seasonally for several years and my efforts have been a genuine source of amusement to relatives. The response received by Taylor offered no explanation of the reason the ecards had not been delivered and no apparent effort to rectify the problem - he has apparently taken the easy way out and refunded my subscription. I accept that this was my request if nothing could be done to fix the problem... but there is no indication that anything was looked into and no explanation. As I am sure you will understand a subscribing customer should have confidence that ecards sent via your website will be delivered to intended recipients.He mentions I can still access the website but in fact this is of little use as I cannot send ecards (the primary purpose) without having subscribed. I feel "fobbed off" and would have thought my plight would have resulted in some explanation and indeed investigation so that others, and there presumably are others, affected similarly would avoid the disappointment of learning their well intentioned ecards sent were not in vain. I am unsatisfied because I have now lost my subscribed status, the ability to send ecards, and have received a dismissive email which doesn't include the "comments" I requested in my original feedback email. I await your further response.

I am frugal with my money, and monitor my expenses closely. Jib-Jab just create a laugh-a-minute. Best $18/year I've spent

Especially during this time of the year when when joy peace and Love to one another is the theme of the season; I've made many a Jib Jab greeting to close friends and every one contacted me expressing how hard they laughed end thoroughly enjoyed there JibJab greeting! So much I'm pretty sure they've decided to try and enjoy the same satisfaction from making and sending their very own cards to loved ones; Bringing smiles and tears of Joy to everyone!
I have been charged over $25 dollars to use it & then when downloaded charged $1.95, will be cancelling my subscription, absolute joke & a rip off
I tried to make a video and when I was finished it would not go onto my fb page. Feel like the is a scam.
After spending the money and wasting time posting pictures onto the video, it was unable to send or post! I'm very disappointed!

I was charged 18 dollars for a whole year subscription when the add said it would be 1.50 per month. That is very deceiving! And sort of a lying to the public add.
I only wanted one card. I had to pay 18 dollars and wasn't even able to download it because for that you required another payment! I'm very unsatisfied with the site and I asked for a refund. Still haven't heard from you.
