I have been with you's for many years, about the time you first appeared on Australian TV, you brought a lot of laughs to my family over the years, thank you.

Great videos and easy to use. But, Jibjab sent spam to the people who I emailed the videos to. Not cool. If people think the videos are great, they'll to the site and sign up. Sending an unsolicited ad to them had the opposite effect, which is what the site deserved.

I could not stop laughing. Came in from doing chores, skipped dinner and sat at the computer for over five hours. How old do you think I am? I am a 54 year old female.

I do wish there was the ability to add more faces... like up to ten would be great.

Your website was not user friendly... it would ask you for money ($1.99) twice when trying to send to others; often confusing with the $18 year membership or the $4+ with no membership... and then when sending to myself, the video was blank (repeatedly)... too much time trying to figure it out... it took the fun out of it... it should be very user friendly even a dummie like me can figure it out...

We are quite old people, and have surprised our whole family dancing on
" Pharewell Williams". Unless my mouth not at the right place when singing, it works! Thank you for these moments!

Me and my kids have had a lot of fun with this. I found it easy to upload pictures and create amusing videos.
Occasionally it seems to freeze and I click back and try again.

When subscribing it only said the cost would be $1.50 then my account was charged $18.00, I then asked for a refund which was supposed to be given to me. I then got notified from my bank that I had been charged almost $50.00 by JibJab for no apparent reason. I will not be subscribing again.

I love JibJab! I haven't laughed that hard or long in awhile. I wish I didn't have to re-add the faces each time when I use the app and I wish I could sort by number of faces possible (or at least see that before clicking into each video) but overall, it's a great app and perfect for stress/comic relief!

For $18/year, there could be more titles to chose from.

I am really happy with your service. But just one problem. That sometimes my ecards end up in the recipients junk box. I have to tell them to check their junk box to receive their cards,,

Felt cheated by JibJab. It is not clear that rather than purchasing one card, I was signing up to an annual $16 subscription which annually renewed too!
I will warn anyone I send a card to and the students i teach of this 'business model', felt like a mugging. I've learnt from my mistake and it left a nasty taste.

I have not been able to edit the greeting on the card... I want to send it to more people but want a proper Christmas message on it. How do I do this? Thanks Dale

The cards are great fun and so easy to personalise.
