Only wanted to pay for 1 month - not whole year. Rip off!

Yep it was an impulse, but oh what fun I have had.

Using the program is easy and the choices are good as far as content but what I don't like is that if you pay for access, you should be able to download without having to pay even more.

My experience with JibJab has been great. It is easy to use and if there's a problem, they are quick to resolve it. They have great customer service and their videos are awesome.

Some great cards - only used so far at Christmas time, but look forward to trying out birthdays and other occasions.

Very neat way to convey the Christmas Spirit. Our grand kids loved it.

Unable to cancel and start again.
Unable to edit picture, need to start again with another picture.
Not user friendly.

Very easy to use, and wide range of themes. The only thing I don't like is that you have to pay extra for every downloaded video.

Love it and my friends loved getting the Xmas cards

I loved the animation video i sent to my family they laughed and thoroughly enjoyed it...

I don't use the web very often and had a ball with jib jab during the holiday vacations. Knowing that I would not continue using it while back at work, I cancelled and customer service gave me a complete refund. This is over and above any customer service I have ever received. Did I mention that they got back with me immediately?

I have made several cards using pictures of my family. I have gotten nothing but positive replies and a lot of laughter

I've had so many people send me emails telling me how much they enjoy the Christmas card via email. I also posted it on my FaceBook page.

I am very satisfied with the cards and videos (especially)! Saving the heads to be reused is a bit cumbersome, otherwise I love this eCard celebration app!

After some practice, making the video was a blast.

Well first is supposed to be $1.50 per moths and you charge me the $18.00.The hole year.(VERY DISAPPOINTED)

I am very please with my purchase. There are many options to choose from. What a creative way to celebrate and bring joy to others in this season.

We were able to easily put together several videos for family around the Christmas theme. When they received them, we received some great replies from them. We are now a fan for sure and will use JibJab to help celebrate all major events in the future.

Have been messing with this for the last few days. I end up laughing my butt off making these cards. This is a great site for people with a sense of humor (although not all of them.)
