Feel completely ripped off. Purchased what I was led to believe one Ecard for the price of £1.50 but turns out I paid £18! And had an automatic yearly renewal set up. This was very misleading and a complete con.
Not a happy customer will not be recommending this to anyone.

Overall I found that the available videos, movie's also the ecards for each catagory don't really have much variety to choose from sorry I just had higher expectations

Video has small breaks on my mobile phone, but it might be the JibJab video, or may be it is my Huawei P8 lite phone.?

I made several attempts to cancel shortly after I made the one cartoon. I misread the agreement thinkingI would be paying for one cartoon. Did not have any idea I would have $18 charged for a full year in advance. The site would not let me cancel until after the $18 first year was funded. Then and only then could Icancelfuture recurring charges. A lot of money for one cartoon!

I love this! I made cards for my grandkids and they loved them. Very fun!

I should Not have to pay to download the clips I make. I pay to use the site and saving the clips should be a part of it!

Assembling the head shots and building the card were so much fun! And, showing it to friends and family and watching them laugh and enjoy it was even better!

Having been away from my G Kids now for 4 months and being able to put them in your cards has been unbelievable I really appreciate your program...

Your shape dimensions for the size of the head are too small and narrow. Almost all of my faces barely show both eyes and the mouth. The eye line is way too low and the mouth movement part at the bottom is unnecessary. I prefer previous years face shape and videos as well.

I am very disappointed with the face shape size, as it makes the faces look too zoomed and doesn't show the full face.

I subscribed a few days ago and I am already sorry that I did. I have tried to create at least 5 or 6 videos since then and have not been successful. Each time I add a picture it never come up in the space for the pic. I have gotten so frustrated since it keeps happening time after time with different pictures I just give up. What a waste of money.

I set the calendar to send a birthday message on a specific day, and it did not send.

After paying the $18. To join the site I was extremely shocked to learn that each jib jab was another $2.00.

If I had not used the site as I did I would have requested an immediate refund. Consider the $2.00 per jib jab a total ripoff.
