To whom it may concern about a year ago we somehow were signed up for recurring payments through JibJab media and later decided that it was not something for us.
We contacted customer service and they quickly end cheerfully refunded our payment.
Somehow on the year anniversary I our Pay Pal was billed for this same service again so back to customer service we went and they cheerfully refunded our money once again.
JibJab media may not be something for us however anyone interested in such a service couldn't go wrong with JibJab media... that's a promise we base on their extremely professional courteous and prompt customer service!

Mrs Heather was simply great helping me to discover a fraudolent activity on my card. She gave me a big help in not loosing money and gave me important informations and suggestions.

I don't know what's wrong but a lot of the things that I try have no sound coming from them.
I did a jib jab for my little grandson... he being the star! He just loved it!
Fun and easy, and brings a smile. 2 suggestions: Make it possible to edit heads, and to move them around inside the heads to get the best fit; Be able to add a personal message at the end of the ecard.
It would be more fun if there are more songs that are funnier
A friend of mine emailed me a JibJab video he made of a few fellow workers a couple years ago, so I have always thought about joining so I could play around making them also.
I bit the bullet a couple days ago and paid for a year's membership to JibJab.
LOVE-My whole family and I LOVE the entertaining videos I've made.
HATE- There are actually very, very few videos you have available to make from. After 2 days of joining... I'm already at a dead end with JibJab because there are really not that many videos available to make them from.
Considering the years of being established, I thought JibJab would have 10 times the number of videos they have available to choose from.
What a great way to send holiday cards... thinking of people and then making them laugh. Great technology. So pleased to have discovered JibJab. Thanks.
Need more cards/videos that can have more than 5 people

It took me a long time to get it to load. I thought the results were horribly wrong. I really wish I hadn't spent $18.00. Could I get a refund?
