I thought I was signing up for a two week trial. Got billed the full amount. I'm pissed. Will never do business with you again, but I will tell others about this.

Easy to use, and a fun way to send holiday greetings

Great little app. Easy to use and a lot of fun. I used it during the holidays to share a fun greeting with family and friends. The only complaint I have is that I had to add pics of the faces numerous times. There wasn't a way to save those pics or at the very least I did not see it. Other than that I would have given JibJab 5 stars.

What a great app! It is so fun! Showing friends the results is great!

I found it to be abit confusing as to how to change or adjust characters.
It also appeared that even though I have a yearly subscription I was limited in the number of times I could view it.

Everyone gets the biggest kick out of these cards.

I was able to use Jib Jab to send a birthday card last month. I made a second attempt to send a card two weeks ago and was unable to do it for some reason. The frustration is the fact that there is absolutely no way to get help. No phone number, customer service line or email. I will NOT be using Jib Jab in the future.

Created 6 video cards at Christmas. It was very easy to perform the creation and there were plenty of choices to choose from. The receivers thought they were great.
