Fun and easy to use. My friends and family love receiving these personalized animated greetings.

I had fun experimenting with the cards. I would like to have a chance to preview the card before buying so I could change the faces to different roles.

Easy but does the yearly charge of $19.98 cover more than one Jibjab? Can I make others free?

It's not acceptable that you pay extra for download the videos you made.

Easy to use. Had fun making videos using grandkids faces and emailing it to them. They are 8 and 4 and thought they were hysterical. I'm sure I will be using it throughout the year to entertain them and other family and friends as well. Would love to have more kid friendly options and hope JibJab will continue to add to their library of choices.

Takes too long to open. Recipients thought there was no content. You need advice to the contrary on the recipients screen.

There was not a big enough variety, I purchased it especially for Christmas and there wasn't enough Christmas songs

Ended up paying for 2- 1yr memberships and try some of the services and could do nothing. Recognized as a member but nothing.

I spent lots of time and sent the JibJab to 4 different family members. I did not get one response from any of them. Guess they didn't like it.
Oh well. I suppose this was a waste of time and money.

I read terms way to quickly and was totally surprised at the $18 charge that hit my account. Will be cancelling immediately.

I received a half off offer after I already signed up. So, that sucked a little. I am having fun exploring all of the different options. It is fun!

Overall, great experience. You have a great product. However, it would be GREATER if people could go back and edit their video (change faces, etc.) without starting over. Also, it would be great if you had the ability to edit the original picture (brighter, more color, etc.).
