You need to create more videos with Christmas themes. Videos need to be funny, witty and clever. You have something good here but it's getting stale.

After receiving notice of a withdrawal for annual dues, which I was not notified of, I wrote Customer Service and asked for a refund. One, the email related to this account is no longer in service and Two, I only used the site last year, at the holidays. Since the email I used for this account is no longer in service, I could not log into my account and change the settings. I was delighted when I received an email only 2 days later notifying me of a complete refund! Thank you, JibJab!

In the past, the sender of a JIbJab e-card could write a brief note to the recipient. The one that I made did not have a place to insert that personal message.
JibJab is a great product that offers a wide variety of card themes and styles. And it's pretty easy to make a card. I also like that fact that the number of faces used for a particular card can be selected by the sender.
All these features offer such a great deal of flexibility that I will use if often. But, it would be even better if the sender could write a personal message.

Had a great time capturing just the right expressions and matching to JJ ecards over the holidays. Got a bunch of laughs and comments from family and friends.
I did not realize I was signing up for an annual membership that renewed automatically which is why I cancelled it so I am not sure why I am receiving this. I was trying to send one card which I thought would cost $1.50.

Everyone loves to see themselves in a music video. Once you have created your faces, it is a snap.
Fairly easy to use when photos had been edited and filed in a documents file called "jib". Would have liked a version for 6 or 7 uploaded pictures. Open mouths would look better dark pink than black
Worth it if your mind is a bit twisted like mine. Enjoy
