I forgot I had subscribed last year and an auto pay came out of my bank on Christmas Eve. I went to the website and followed the prompts, etc and by Tuesday I had an answer that I would be refunded my subscription fee. No muss, no fuss, very easy and customer service was very nice!

Recently discovered this website. It's a wonderfully funny idea! Keep up the good work!

Ce site permet de créer des videos avec les têtes de nos amis, notre famille, c'est vraiment drôle, vous pouvez les envoyer ensuite par mail ou autres et faire rire autour de vous, c'est vraiment génial!

We did the sled race for our Christmas card. It was fun and easy to make. We did 5 faces. Easy to upload our picttures and add the into the video. Everyone enjoyed getting the E-card

The first day I signed up I made 3 videos. Everyone liked them. Jib Jab is easy and fun to use and even more fun to share.

Yo hice mi tarjeta porque vi que costaba 1 dolar con 50 centavos, y cundo llegó el cobro a mi tarjeta de crédito, fue por 18 dolares.
Estoy molesta porque eso no decía en la página donde estaba haciendo la tarjeta. Me gustaría cancelarlo. Gracias

Just unbelievable how much joy and laughter this JibJab brought me this Dec. I am 81 years old and didn't know about this site until I got one of my son. I was determined to learn how to send to friends and family. Only took a couple of tries to figure it out. I love it and laugh every time I watch it. I will definitely be sending them on special occasions or whenever. Thanks so much for the laughter and fun.

Fun preparing photos and inserting to content. Recipients loved it! Would be helpful if we knew where each photo goes in the specific pntent.

It was fun to make the cards using my photos and it was even better receiving cards from other people.

I paid to have my video downloaded then it flicked me back to the start to pay again and no video was saved. Not cool

This has been a blast to create and send. I am now a certified jibjab junkie
