No clear instructions. Said to create, which I did, but once I dragged pictures, nothing happened. Unable to find any instructions on what to do next. WAs never able to create anything. Sent a "Contact Us" and they were supposed to respond within 24-48 hours but haven't heard anything and that was 4 days ago.

The website is quite enjoyable but if you switch over to the phone application then you won't find any of your created videos. They need to upgrade...

This is pretty fun and I only gave it a 4 because I'm a $#*!.

I was overcharged and just wanted to try it out so I got out even before I could make a card

I had signed up last year and forgot about it. This year I signed up again. The old membership auto charged my account just a few days after being charged for a new membership. I reached out to the customer service team. Within 2 days I had an email and a refund of one of the charges. I love the site even more now! Thank you JibJab!

I ordered it I was charged $18 and I can't even make a video I also left a message for customer service to contact me and I got no response

I went back to my old videos from a few years back and they all had that awful hair on the hair. Some I was going to change as my hair is now blonde and they have that hair again.

I loved creating different cards to send to family and friends. They were so excited to receive them. I will no longer be sending cards through the mail when I can now send them jib jab cards!

While I adore these cards I was surprised that when I actually joined for real I still had to pay extra for the downloads. Seems like a rip-off.

Loved it! Friends and family (especially grandkids) got so much joy from 'starring' in the Christmas videos. This will definitely be one of my favourite websites.

When I am trying to select pictures, something always goes wrong and I have to start over. I have been successful once out of four times... a waste of money.

I signed up onnovrmberandpaid the annual fee but when logging in again I was asked to pay again. On querying this my account was deactvated. I was given a refund but did not feel inclined to rejoin

I tried to send our Christmas Greetings twice and they were never sent/received.

Didn't have time to really look through all the videos, so it may be more amazing than I'm rating right now, but the video we made was a hit with the nephews, so that's great!
