Wish I could take all head photo by 1 time upload instead of uploading every each head.
Had to play around with it a bit to figure out how to put faces in photo spots. And save them. But I still don't know how to download my video unto my iphone. It's saved in my computer so far

I was very dissapointed with my renewed membership as I had problems retrieving my photos and then after finally setting everything up the whole video disappeared and had to start all over again. Some photos took forever to load up.
I got so disgusted that I gave up and lost out making anymore videos.
Also in my old account there are photos that come up that I would like to delete and do not know how.

Tried to send Xmas JJ found that membership expired. Renewed (at $10 more than last time). Lost my heads I previously had? Had to change password as old one no longer applied. Never got to send due to time constraints from trying to log in and create card. Difficulty emailing JJ to a group of contacts as well. NOT A VERY USER FRIENDLY SITE AT $35 a pop / per year. Definitely my last year.
Have received great feedback from family members who watch our videos multiple times.
I would give 5 stars if JibJab can allow more than 5 faces for personalization.
My family sure did enjoy the Christmas Jib Jabs I sent them! We all got plenty of belly laughs over them, which is great because we don't shun fun!
No one got the video and it didn't go to spam. Complete waste of time.
